Shipping Policy
Everything is packed by hand in our Mohali studio and handed to a courier from there. This page sets out what you pay and how long it takes.
Charges
Standard delivery is ₹99 anywhere in India, and free on orders over ₹1,499.
Express delivery is ₹199 regardless of order value.
Cash on delivery adds a ₹49 handling fee, charged by the courier for collecting and remitting cash.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery normally takes a further 2–7 business days depending on your PIN code. Remote and north-eastern PIN codes can take longer.
You will receive an email with the courier name and tracking number the moment your parcel leaves us.
Where we deliver
We deliver across India. We do not currently ship internationally.
We cannot deliver to PIN codes our courier partners do not service. If that affects your order we will contact you and refund in full.
If a parcel is delayed or lost
Tracking sometimes stalls for a day or two without anything being wrong. If a parcel has not moved for three working days, write to us and we will chase the courier.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship or refund in full — your choice.
Wax and weather
Candles are heat-sensitive. In an Indian summer a parcel can sit in a hot van and the wax surface may soften or look uneven on arrival.
A softened surface usually recovers after one full burn. If it does not, send us a photo and we will put it right — see our Refund & Return Policy.
